Creative Arts Centre

This showcase is based off of my studio work, designing a Creative Arts Centre. With the intention of rejuvenating a vacant, un-landscaped site, the theory is to improve the social identity of the Sincil Bank area and reincorporate it back into the wider community.

  • The concept is derived from the Sincil Bank area in Lincoln, in terms of it's Identity.
  • This model is an approach to the conceptual drawing, exploring 3-dimensional spatial qualities.
  • At 1 to 500 scale on A3, this ground floor plan in surrounding context and the landscaping I have brought into the space.
  • This model is developed from the conceptual model, exploring landscaping and exterior qualities of space.
