A Selection of Digital Work

A number of digital pieces I have completed for past university projects involving publishing: featuring illustrations for a book of ghost stories titled 'Ghost Culture'; and 'Fables of Aesop', a collection of Aesop's animal stories.

  • Image of a floating, hooded, ghostly character with a broom; sweeping a cloud of black dust down the page. The dust cloud has a shape of a skull within it, and three rats are jumping from the cloud. 'Ghost Culture' internal illustration - The tale of Pesta the plague ghost
  • Image of a red book cover with the title 'GHOST CULTURE' written on the spine. The cover is decorated with navy blue and pink plates - one of them shattering to form the shape of a horse. 'Ghost Culture' book wrap-around illustration
  • Image shows a white mouse character, running across the face of a pink lion with a purple mane. 'The Lion and the Mouse' - an Aesop's fable
  • Image shows a scene of grassy hills, with a sleeping hare in the bottom right corner, and a tortoise walking behind it. The hills are decorated with greek-style patterns 'The Hare and the Tortoise' - an Aesop's fable
  • Image shows two different coloured goat characters head-butting on a tree trunk. The tree is decorated with vines and has a crack down the middle. Underneath the tree are different shaped rocks. There are clouds above the goats. 'The Two Goats' - an Aesop's fable
  • Image shows a green book cover spread, titled 'Fables of Aesop' on the spine. Each page is decorated with a spiral, with a hare and a tortoise running around it. The spirals have greek patterns incorporated into them, and the shape of a greek pillar surrounds the spine. 'Fables of Aesop' book wrap-around illustration
