The idea for this project was to design a food production centre producing nutritious food, educating people on the chosen production, and selling the produce within a retail space. This is an aquaponics farming intervention that takes people on a tour of the aquaponics cycle. The food produced is healthy, plant based and full of nutrients with an indoor market representing its locations history.
