Collage Poetry

Here's a collection of some of my collage poetry from 2020-2021, most of which I did poetry readings for at the Bombay Gin 46th Issue launch, which my other work will feature in this year.
This showcase is a mix of my rage-induced poetry about the last year, and mermaid revenge poetry. Keep the oceans clean.

Check out my Twitter or Instagram (@2themolehole) for some of my weirder stuff.

  • (Food for the mermaids) /as the ship drew across the sea/empty, silent/lit by the red/glow of charcoal fires,/ a tranquillity,/ a timelessness, about it,/ blown out/by a biting wind / a/ charred shell.
  • (Twenty twenty)/ mourners uninhibited grief / black flowers / mourning an epidemic
  • Why don't politicians like golf? - because it's too much like their work: trapped in one bad lie after another - (a list of some of the common phrases of a politician).
  • (Just a phase)/ 'but it's just a phase...he'll grow out of it by the time he's fourteen.' / 'he's been in this phase from the age of two' said mother, 'and he's showing no signs of growing out of it.'
