Reconnection, Relaxation and Regeneration:

This project focused on the creation of a Traveller's hostel located on Waterside north in the west of Lincoln City. The hostel and its landscape concentrated on bringing biodiversity into the area, celebrated its industrial part and strived to create a movement (sports) cantered community hub as means of social reconnection.

  • Sequence presenting the construction project, assembly and spatial quality of the bedroom area.
  • Final floor plans of the project describing its layout, adjacencies and programme.
  • Perspective Visualisation Section presenting final programme, spatial quality, sustainability and aesthetics.
  • Plan of the landscape presenting its varied planting along side waste area, plaza, tree park and finally the roof plan. The plan for future tree park and final visualisation are provided.
