  • Designed for a building built in 1850 to be used in 2100, drastic alterations need to be done in order for the building to be used.
  • New cut through the building guiding towards Greys Monument and a new exit to the short stay car park. New exits introduced at the west and a new Viaduct Park is introduced to the east.
  • Large major redevelopment by destroying only a portion of the building while also providing a new entrance/exit for the Central Station but also the Metro Station which runs beneath.
