Sincil Bank Revitalisation Project

The Sincil Bank Revitalisation Project aims to improve the social cohesion within the community. A creative art centre has been proposed to provide a facility for the community to socialise, learn and connect. This will be achieved through the exhibition, art workshop, communal area, terraces and the street market.
