Grimsby is well known for its history of fishing The fishing boats are gone but Grimsby is a huge part of the UK fish processing industry. Alfred Enderby is a small Traditional smokehouse founded in 1918. I spent the winter and spring of 2022 documenting Dave and the other workers as I explore if smoking traditionally can really stand the taste of time.
