The project seeks to reconnect the City Centre of Manchester back to it's surrounding urban context, namely the inner city towns of East Manchester that are high in crime, poverty and dilapidation. The Creative Arts Centre aims to provide alienated youth with the opportunity and platform to express themselves through different forms of art, without the judgement from the wider public.
