An artist’s book depicting chapter 10 of the book ‘Flatland - A Romance of Many Dimensions’ by Edwin A. Abbott. My approach was to visually show the idea of the different dimensions, which the story is based around, by creating a 3D book. Protruding elements are used to symbolise the characters' movements; in the book they're pulled into the 3D world, looking at their 2D home below.
