In Chicago there is a rich separation between the loop and poorer suburbs. A specific suburb which Roseland, suffers from unfair inequalities, and thus lacks job opportunities. The program is designed as a rehabilitation project that will not only provide vocational jobs, but also help improve the neighbourhood and give equal experiences as those individuals that live in the loop.
