Sushi and Fish restaurant with Boat-making workshop
Located in the city center of Lincoln near the river and a noisy restaurant street, this project required a boat-making workshop as well as a restaurant. To make the design as sustainable as possible, my building uses natural materials such as rammed earth, timber, and stone, and also generates renewable energy on-site.
