Creating a space within Southwark (South London) which acts as a direct connect and bridge between the community members that live in council estates and the wealthy corporate environment that is increasingly encroaching into their neighbourhoods. The building aims to work alongside gentrification in a way that opens new job prospect for the community due the new skill they attain there.
